Q:WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

A:12 months quality warranty-replace or refund；please keep the bad ones in your hand, that will be returned back us if necessary. During delivery, we would offer the tracking number to the clients as soon as possible and put attention to the order after arrival. After delivery, we would keep in touch with the clients for the sake of after-sales service.

Q:WHAT CAN YOU DO TO COMPLETE THE ORDER PERFECTLY?

A:Before delivery ,we would get our clients’ meaning totally. Paying more attention to the important points, especially price, freight, packing and quality.

Q:CAN YOU OFFER THE SAMPLE?

A:Yes,we can offer the sample and you should pay for it with the freight cost.

Q:WHEN CAN YOU DELIVER THE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

A:If we have stock,1-3 days out of factory ,7-10 days by express,15 days by air ,30 days- 50 days by sea. Offering you the tracking number as soon as delivery. If no stock, the production time:20days-45days.

Q:WHAT IS THE PACKING?

A:Neutral packing of carton or wooden case according to your willingness.

Q:WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERM?

A:There are three kinds of payment term. Firstly,the way of bank account transfer or Paypal,Western Union. Secondly,for the new client,30% deposit T/T in advance, The balance must be paid before the shipment.
